How long until I receive my order?
Because every pair is made to order, there are two stages to your delivery time. First comes production and handling, which takes about 2–7 business days while our vetted partners print and craft your shoes. After that, your order ships and travels to you. The total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, and on some international routes it can take up to 20 business days. Are these shoes true to size?
Most Solaragate styles fit true to size, but fit can vary slightly between sneakers, sandals, slides, flip-flops, and slippers. We recommend checking the measurements for each style before you order so you get the perfect fit the first time. Please see our Size Guide for detailed US sizing charts. If you are between sizes, we are glad to advise — just email us at support@solaragate.com with the style you are considering.
What materials are used in Solaragate footwear?
Materials vary by style so each pair feels right for how you will wear it. Our sneakers typically feature breathable canvas or mesh uppers with cushioned insoles and durable rubber outsoles, while our sandals, slides, flip-flops, and indoor slippers use comfort-focused materials suited to each design. Every product page lists the specific materials and the all-over-print details for that style, so you always know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your made-to-order pair has finished production and ships out, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you have not received tracking after the production window, or you have any questions about your shipment, reach out to support@solaragate.com and we will look into it right away.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Solaragate footwear. You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Here is how it works:
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will send a free replacement or issue a refund. Please email a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — we always cover these returns.
- Change-of-mind returns: Because every pair is made to order specifically for you, the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Defect-related returns are always covered by Solaragate.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Are payments secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption (HTTPS), so your payment, transaction, and personal details are secured in transit. We accept major credit and debit cards, and payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment gateway. Solaragate does not store your card data on our site. You can shop with confidence knowing your information stays private and protected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD), and standard shipping is free. Please note that production and handling time applies before your order ships, and international routes may take up to 20 business days in total. Any import duties or customs fees that may apply in your country are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Why are your shoes made to order?
Solaragate creates original, house-designed all-over-print footwear, and we produce each pair only after you place your order. This made-to-order (print-on-demand) approach lets us offer a wide range of bold, sunny designs without overproducing or holding excess inventory — which means less waste and a product crafted specifically for you. The trade-off is a short production window of about 2–7 business days, which we factor into our delivery estimates so you always know what to expect. To be clear, Solaragate is an independent own-label brand; our prints are our own original designs and are not affiliated with or replicas of any designer brand.
