Welcome to Solaragate. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using our website at https://solaragate.com (the “Site”) and for buying our original all-over-print footwear. Please read them carefully. By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, “Solaragate,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Solaragate store; “you” and “your” refer to you, the visitor or customer. Questions are always welcome at support@solaragate.com.

Solaragate is an independent, own-label footwear brand. Every design we sell is a house-original, all-over-print creation made by our own studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replica of any designer or third-party brand. When you buy from Solaragate, you are buying original Solaragate footwear.

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, the law, or how we operate. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Products, Designs & Accuracy

Solaragate sells original all-over-print and statement footwear, including men’s and women’s sneakers (low-top, high-top, classic canvas, and mesh running styles), sandals and slides, flip-flops, and indoor slippers.

We work hard to display our products as accurately as possible, including photos, colors, and descriptions. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Because our designs are printed across the whole shoe, the exact placement of a print may vary slightly from pair to pair. This is a natural feature of all-over printing, not a defect.
  • Screen settings can affect how colors appear, so actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your device.
  • We aim to keep all product information, including sizing, materials, and images, consistent between this Site and our product listings. If you ever notice a discrepancy, please contact us.

4. Made-to-Order Nature of Our Products

This is important, so we want to be completely clear: Solaragate footwear is made to order. We do not hold finished inventory. Each pair is produced specifically for you, through our vetted production partners, after your order is placed.

Because of this:

  • We allow a short production and handling window of approximately 2–7 business days before your order ships.
  • After production, your order is shipped, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–15 business days (some international routes may take up to 20 business days).
  • We ship internationally, and standard shipping is free.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD). We strive to keep all prices accurate, and the price shown for a product is the price you pay for that product at checkout, with no hidden fees added by us. Standard shipping is free.

  • Prices and any promotional pricing shown on a product page will match the price charged at checkout. We do not display fake “was” prices, artificial discounts, or countdown timers.
  • In the rare event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a typo that lists a shoe at a fraction of its real price), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
  • Depending on your location, your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees, and customs duties or import taxes may apply to international orders. These are determined by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products under these Terms. We will send an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we received your order. Our acceptance of your order, and the formation of the contract between us, happens when we begin production of your items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product or pricing error has occurred, or where we are unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Because every pair is made to order and goes into production quickly, our cancellation window is short:

  • You may request a cancellation or a change (such as size or color) by emailing support@solaragate.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
  • Once production has started, we usually cannot cancel or change an order, because materials have been committed and printing is underway.
  • If your item turns out to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are always covered under our Return & Refund Policy, regardless of the cancellation window.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Solaragate name, logo, original prints and artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Solaragate or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Our all-over-print designs are house-original works created by Solaragate. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use any of our designs, images, or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical pair of shoes, not any rights to the underlying designs or artwork.

9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Solaragate footwear. Our return terms in summary:

  • 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we provide a free replacement or refund. A photo is required so we can verify and resolve the issue quickly.
  • Change-of-mind returns: because items are made to order, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Defects, damage, and wrong items are always covered by us.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

10. Payment & Secure Checkout

Payment is required in full at the time you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure, third-party payment gateway.

  • Our checkout is protected by SSL/HTTPS encryption, which secures your payment, transaction, and personal information.
  • Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our Site.
  • By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

11. Acceptable Use of the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the Site or its visitors; or
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse our content or designs in violation of Section 8.

12. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Site and our products with care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Solaragate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Governing Law
